Requirements Analysis
The first phase of designing an effective technology solution involves interviewing the core team and key representatives. These sessions allow us to understand your business: the users, business processes, business objects, data, and infrastructure. Optimally, we work with people from different constituencies - end users, end user managers, IT, and upper management (typically a VP who reports to a CEO and has the authority to resolve any issues during the project), which gives us a more comprehensive understanding of your requirements.

Based on the initial interviews, we write a Requirements and Process Definition Document, which is our first deliverable to you. This document, which is a conceptual overview, usually includes process/workflow diagrams, a high level data model for your business objects (how everything is related), as well as descriptions of what each part of the solution needs to accomplish with respect to the business objects and does not include technical details. It also includes a wish list of functionality that will not be in the first release but may be included in the future.

Design
Once we have reviewed the requirements with you and ascertained that we have accurately captured your business and technology needs, we will conduct design sessions. This step in the process is where we map each requirement into a specific piece of system functionality, ensuring that the system design meets the understood requirements.

If the solution is to be based on an existing product, we will use a workbook that includes screenshots and worksheets to mock up the desired user interface and functionality. If the solution will be a custom solution, we will design a prototype/UI with you first, followed by the functionality discussions. In either case, the deliverable will consist of a prototype UI without functionality, accompanied by the
Functional Specification: a complete functional description of the application, with screenshots, a detailed description of each screen, and UI functionality.

The final step in the design phase is developing the technical details of solution implementation in a
Technical Specification. This document explains how the Functional Specification will be developed and is used by the development team to create the application.
Development
Using the technical and functional specification documents as a guide, INANtech's consultants develop the business solution. INANtech takes an interactive approach to technology development, working closely with client during all phases of development to ensure satisfaction with user interface and functionality. Development is an iterative process; the solution evolves with close collaboration between the client and INANtech, leading to a best solution fit for your business.
Implementation
Once the technology development is complete, we will go through a comprehensive quality assurance process, followed by a beta launch with a select group of users. The beta launch and test ensures that your users have a solution that fits your needs. During this stage, our technology team will fix any bugs or make functionality refinements until the best solution is created. Upon the conclusion of successful beta testing, we deploy the system for all users.
User Documentation
We design a comprehensive set of user documentation based on your needs. We will work closely with your team to determine the skill level of your audience(s) and optimal method of delivery, which can be in Word, PDF, or HTML to maximize accessibility by your key users. Using industry standard techniques, our documents and tutorial are easy to read and navigate. Updates to match new functionality requirements can be implemented at any time.
Training
A technology solution is only effective if it is used to its greatest capability. We can design a training program for your users to ensure that your new solution is not only used properly, but effectively. Training can be provided on or off-site.
System Launch and Promotion
Launching a new system can mean change for your employees. How do you get your internal users to buy-in to your new solution and use it? INANtech offers marketing and promotional services to raise awareness and effectively launch your new solution with a bang.
